I am typically a very busy yet pleasant family man but have wasted so much time and have met very few authentic people during this process. Some pretty strange requests have come my way, by absolute strangers mind you, that takes too much time away from my family and creates a precarious situation for me. Here are my expectations in advance:

1) No phone negotiations!

2) I will not make plans to meet you anywhere except for my residence.

3) No additional photos. I am not a professional photographer and chances are that I would not be able to capture what you want to see. If you are a qualified, committed buyer then you can see everything you want to see by making an appointment.

4) No test ride without a valid motorcycle license and a $500 CASH security deposit. This covers my deductable in case the bike gets damaged or does not return. Alternately an endorsed verifiable cashiers check or money order for $22,000 will be accepted as deposit i.e. you own it at that point.

5) If you are interested in this bike you can arrange to have a 45 minute appointment. This allows for a 30 minute inspection and up to 15 minute test ride, see requirements in item 4, but be advised that anything over 15 minutes would be billed at $125 per quarter hour retroactively. So up 15 minutes free with deposit, 15-30 minutes $250, 30-45 minutes $375, 45-60 minute $500 and anything over 60 minutes will put you in jail.

6) I am asking $22,000 but will entertain offers for as much as $30,000 but no less than $22,000...it's a beautiful bike and can sit in my garage while my daughter grows up for a penny less than $22,000.
